Download the Food Vendors Contract if you are a food vendor wishing to participate in the street fair. Every Food Vendor must also fill out and submit an Application for a Temporary Food and Drink Concession (long form) to the Regina Qu’Appelle Health Region - Environmental Health Department.

Download this application file if you are a non-profit organization that wishes to dispense Art or environmentally related information only at the street fair. Non Profits who are dispensing information only are eligible for a free booth space, limited spots are available on a first come first serve basis
