THE ROSEMONT ART GALLERY Festival Week Exhibits

Linda Duval: Bred in the Bone Linda Duval's work explores the issue of identity - particularly the hereditary factors that lie beneath the surface and contribute to who we are. By juxtaposing traditional family photographs with contemporary MRI images, Duval reveals evidence of that which exists inside. Until June 19.

Terry Marner: Random Transformations Digital images.

Jana Kutarna and Kyra Kane: New Bead Generation A beadwork installation.

The Rosemont Gallery is open 7 days a week from 1 pm to 5 pm. Monday to Thursday, the gallery is also open from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm. Call 522-5940 for info or visit www.rosemontartgallery.ca

CATHEDRAL VILLAGE ARTS FESTIVAL POSTER EXHIBIT
Cathedral Village Freehouse
Thirteen great years and thirteen great posters! Take a trip down memory lane and remember where you were back in '92 when poster artist Shawne Arzab's clown first burst on the scene.

Artists contend for the honour of seeing their work on the Festival poster, but unfortunately we only have the resources to choose one artist. This year, we're featuring the 2004 poster artist Gavin de Lint and the runners-up. As you'll see, choosing a winning artist was no easy task!
